Today South Carolina lawmakers banned nearly all abortions. The change outlaws all abortions when a fetal heartbeat is found unless the pregnancy was a result of rape of incest, or if the mother's life is in danger. This is yet another move of a republican state using the republican dominated Supreme Court to their advantage to overturn the controversial Roe v Wade ruling.
